After completing a risk assessment, the Compliance Scorecard will prepare a customized list of specific tasks that your organization should tackle to ensure it’s meeting it’s compliance requirements.

Each activity can be clicked to reveal a detailed overview of why the activity applies to your organization, why it’s important and what you can do to complete it.

To ensure you are using ComplianceBug to its fullest potential, use the system to:

  • delegate tasks to another user (some restrictions might apply based on user role)
  • add informative case notes
  • upload related documents
  • track due dates
  • track progress/completion status

These project management features work together to enable you to build a detailed historical record of your compliance efforts.

When your organization is under a government audit or in the event of a lawsuit, the records you’ve built can be easily used to help illustrate your efforts to comply with the regulations.
